This morning meditation was aimed to give you a peaceful and joyful start of the day and make you visualise your day the way you want it to be.

You are reading this now because I focused on attracting you to this website. My focus is on attracting the people to my site whom my meditations can help. And here you are. Thank you I really appreciate you reading this and listening to my meditation.

About the Morning Meditation

As explained above, this morning meditation is a guided meditation that works by keeping your focus on positive things through the reinforcement of positive affirmations. Our thoughts and feelings have creating powers and this meditation aims at keeping your focus on thoughts and feelings that can create positive changes in your life. When you listen to the affirmations you are encouraged to repeat them in your mind and by all means feel the meaning behind the words. When your feelings and thoughts are in alignment, your creating power is at its best.

It is important to feel good because if you feel good and happy in your body and you are going to attract good and happy things in your life. This meditation aims at giving you a great feeling for the start of the day and helps you guide your thoughts to better feeling ones.

For me, meditation is the answer to everything. When you are down, you can meditate and find yourself peace again and remain in that state even after you finish meditating. When you are unsure of which path to go down in your life, meditation can help. You relax your mind, clear your thoughts, let go of the worrying that stops you from being able to see the answer or solution. Since I meditate regularly my life has truly changed. I am more aware of what is going on around me and more importantly inside of me. I know more clearly what I want and what I need to do to get what I want. This morning meditation is guiding you to good feeling thoughts so your day can start positively, giving you a strong base to build on for your day.

When I was creating my meditations I kept my focus on creating something that people will benefit from. I also was focusing on attracting people to my website whom this meditation can help. And here you are. I am glad I attracted you here.
