doing the money meditation for two weeks, I loaned someone $1,000. They chose
not to pay me back. I did not concentate on th lose, but "What I
wanted". Yes, I was hurt to be treated in such a way, when I was
trying to help someone.</span></div>

they told me how they could not pay me. Not only that, but yesterday, I
received $1,641.82 from my 2010, Federal Income Tax.</span></div>

You can't find balance. Things that should make you happy no longer do. There are people around you who love you, but you can't feel their love. They can't help you. The only person that can help you is <i>you</i>. You need to find your way back to your balance.<br />

Sadness can be a state that you can treat as permanent or you can look at it as a temporary state in which there is a way out. Your response to your current state of mind has a great significance in the speed at which you can get out of this unwanted state of mind.<br />

You need to be open to the possibility of getting out of this state by yourself. You need to start believing that getting into this state was done by you. Nobody forced you to be sad. It was your (unconscious) decision to turn inwards and choose feelings and thoughts that are not making you feel good. No matter what happens on the outside word, your response to it is always your choice. It is not an 'its your fault' talk. It is not your fault. It is <i>not a fault</i>. It is a state that if you wish to change you can. It can be difficult to feel happy I know. I could tell you so many horrible stories in which it is difficult to be happy. But I won't, you have your own versions of these.<br />
<br />
<b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #274e13;">Important things to do when you are sad: </span></b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">You must tell yourself that it is only temporary! Your sadness is temporary and there are many many ways through which you can find your happiness again.<br />
<br />
Accept yourself. Accept being sad, it's okay. Don't fight against it. Turn to everything in your mind with love and acceptance. Why? By hating your sadness and fighting against it you are only creating more hate and sadness!<br />
<br />
You need to find your balance again and in that state you are loving yourself. You are accepting of your thoughts and feelings. Just because you accept them it doesn't mean they will stay forever. Exactly the opposite. The vibration of acceptance differ to that of fighting against something. Acceptance is a positive thing but you need to begin to think about happiness.<br />
<br />
Meditation can help. You need to sit comfortably, close your eyes and try and empty your mind of all thoughts. You can use music for it, you can just sit quietly. You can practice clearing your mind out or you can gently guide your thoughts and feelings to better feeling ones. You will resist it at first but you know in your mind that you want to get out of this state so you will have to be persistent. You can get over the resistance. You can do it.<br />
<br />
After you began to introduce happy thoughts you will begin to feel them. The words will no longer be empty words and then you have stepped on a very important path.<br />
<br />
You are a unique person but you are not the only one experiencing sadness. Many people have overcome sadness and just like them you will too find a way to happiness. There are plenty of ways back all you need to do today is accept and believe in the possibility of being happy!<br />

What you need to realise is that if you want to create wealth you are not necessarily asking for more money. What you really want is getting rid of the bad feelings you have now about your money situation now. If you didn't feel those feelings it wouldn't seem that much of a problem would it? </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">When you are in so much debt that you can barely open you can barely open the door because of all sorts of letters that are asking you for money, you (some would say logically) begin to panic. This worrying and fearfulness than automatically block your mind from finding a solution because all you are focusing on is 'I don't have enough money. I can't pay my bills'. You feel bad. And you ask for more money because you don't want to feel bad! You are asking for money because you want to feel good!</div><div style="text-align: justify;">As you have learnt, law of attraction is always answering to what you most turn your attention to. 'I don't have enough money' will create not having enough money. You have to learn and believe that seeing something you don't like doesn't mean you have to become one vibration with it. If you haven't got any money right now, you don't have to keep on saying it. You are not helping yourself. When you worry you lower your vibration to be a match to the you- with no money. This then creates a reality where you have no money! You believe you have no money and so it becomes your reality. You have associated yourself with that temporary state.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;">If, however, you start releasing this worry and fear and accept your momentary situation as temporary you begin to move in the right direction. Just because you have no money right now it doesn't mean that you will never have more money! There were many many people, who at one time were in the same shoes as you and they are now fine, they have money. And they are not just fine they are millionaires (Robert Kiyosaki, was once homeless. Now he is a millionaire). Why would he be any different to you? He is not! All they did was created a vision. A vision in which they are millionaires. They stuck to this and in their minds they knew that they belong there. At some point they didn't know how, but they knew they will get there! </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Let me tell you an example. A great investment showed up to Kiyosaki. He could have bought a very expansive (can't remember the exact amount but I think it was a million dollars) house for a lot less than what it was worth. He didn't have the money to buy it though, but do you think it stopped him from taking his fair share? Of course it didn't. He found a millionaire with money and introduced him to this investment opportunity in return for a few thousand dollars. The property was purchased and he got his dollars. This is exactly what I was talking about further up when explaining what it feels like to be a money magnet. The universe is arranging circumstances for you and you will meet the people who bring you closer to your desire. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><script type="text/javascript">

Being positive is key to a happy life and I wish you to experience the miracles it creates. If you decide to focus your thoughts on positive things, the first thing that will happen is that you get to a stage where you recognise the words and expressions that don't match your newly formed positive thoughts. Examples to those are: 'Oh my God', 'this is awful', 'Oh I am so silly', 'I am unlucky' or 'I am such a loser' etc. When your thoughts are positive, your words and expressions are also changing from negative to positive. This means that when you are having a conversation with your friends, neighbors, colleagues, you are going to change or completely leave certain expressions or words you may have frequently used before and introduce more positive words.<br />

It often happens that people decide to live more positive then they bump into an old friend who starts to complain about how badly things go to him. Then because you are a compassionate person, you began to agree with him (even if it is only seemingly) and start lowering your vibrations to match that of that negative person. It is your choice whether you keep your vibrations up or lower it so never blame the friend who you bump into. While you may lower your vibration and keep using your negative words, the difference will be that you will notice what is happening. You will realise when you are negative and this is very important because you can then change it. You will change your words to positive, your thoughts to positive and miracles will begin to happen in your life.<br />

When you are positive, things just happen as if the universe has organised everything to please you and celebrate your existence. You see life in a different color and your happiness becomes evident to you and those around you. Well, you are not going to be in that happy and ecstatic state all the time but that is only because if you were, you would probably be dead (that is when we are experiencing a continuous ecstatic happiness). But what is going to happen is that you will be able to find the path back to happiness in every situation.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

I just received this question this morning and I think this is a very good question that people can actually relate to whether it’s friends, work or family or whatever. This is funny because the reason why we blame others is because we use others as our excuse for not being happy! It is also important that you realise that nothing extraordinary happened here but the fact that law of attraction has responded to your thoughts. If you think, believe and feel that 90% of the people around you are negative then that is what you are going to get. You could just accept this as a reassurance that the law of attraction works, now you have experienced it in a miserable way why not try to turn it into something that makes you feel good?<br />
<a name='more'></a>So far you have been excellent at manifesting so congratulations on that but it’s time to create something that is more beneficial to you. You could start with a little observation. It is possible that you become anxious even before you have arrived for work, just because you have been preparing yourself mentally for the horrible feelings of going to work and having 90% of your thoughts working negatively against you. So observe these thoughts, and do not fight against them, because fighting is not exactly a positive way of turning your thoughts and feelings positive isn’t it? Yeah let’s fight for positivity! No, instead, you could be grateful for all your thoughts and feelings that served you so far but slowly and gently guide them to better feeling thoughts.</div><br />
So this process really needs to start as soon as you awaken, not just 2 minutes before you enter the office. As soon as you wake up, you take a deep breath, observe your feelings and gently start guiding them to better feelings ones for example, you think and feel: '<i>I hate going to work, everyone is so negative, and especially Brian, he is just so pulling me down'. </i><br />

<div style="text-align: justify;">It took you a while to get to where you are and it might take some time to get to where you would like to be but the key is in being persistent and focused upon what you want. It could take a day till you see the first sign, it could take a year. To me it took 10 minutes because as soon as I started meditating I felt calm, relaxed, peaceful and I thought this feels amazing I want to do this again, actually I want to feel like this all the time, not just when I am meditating. I had a deep desire to change my life as I realised whatever I was doing before wasn't working. It was okay, but it wasn't the way I wanted it to be. Things just happened in my life, and I was 'happening' with life but now I can say I am fully aware of what is happening inside, my emotional life and outside of my body, my physical life. It all depends on you. It all depends on how much you want to change and whether you are willing to do what it takes. You might think you are ready to change and then pack the whole positive thinking thing up after a week and run! And that is fine. You will give it another go when you are ready. And when you are ready you will feel the desire to change so much that you feel your heart is on fire! This feeling of 'needing to change' will no longer be just a feeling for you will know it for sure. </div><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">Sometimes you might feel so attached to certain believes that you feel like you are not going to be yourself anymore if you let go of them. Here I am to tell you that you can relax and do not fear of anything because once you let an old belief go, new ones will take its place, new ones that will benefit your life a hundred times more than the old ones. Trust yourself and trust the Universe, God, Buddha, whatever you name it, because you have come forth to live this life knowing that all is well, you are safe and ready to create. </div><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">You will come across challenges. You will not come across problems, only challenges. You could meet up with someone who reminds you of your old self and before you know it you are back to talking about dramatic things that make you feel bad. But there still will be a difference. You know what?? You will realise that you are thinking negative. You will realise that and that means you are in control again! That means you are on the right track and do nothing but be grateful for your thoughts even the negative ones and just say 'thank you I appreciate that but I no longer need to think these kinds of thoughts'. You will be so happy to let go of these, it will feel like a heavy burden has been lifted off your heart. You will love again like you never thought you could. You will feel like you are in love every step of the day because you are in love with life. You are finally living the life you have come to live, you are free and loving. </div><br />

The truth is, that to every question you have there is an answer within you. Every question. You can read books and learn to accept other people's answers to your question but the truth is that you can find your own answers. <div style="text-align: justify;">Meditation for me starts by clearing my mind from all the thoughts and enter into a thoughtless state. Yes, there is life behind your thoughts :) Our minds can be full of rubbish that needs to be cleared out before the pure thoughts are ready to enter. And that is your job to do. This might seem difficult right now but trust me we are all able to do it with a little practice. For beginners I advice you concentrate on your breathing. Your mind will wonder but it is okay. By no means feel like you are fighting your thoughts because that would be against the reason for meditation. Fighting against your thoughts, your feelings create more fighting within you. You need acceptance and love. When you are angry and accept your feelings it doesn't mean 'I love this feeling I want to stay in this forever I have accepted it'. It only means that you love yourself even when you feel angry, hateful, negative, worried whatever.</div></div><br />
So start by concentrating on your breathing and when a thought enters (and it will) just take your focus back on your breathing. After a while you will notice that you are breathing less and feel a lot lighter and peaceful. There are also a lot of other feelings that I simply could not explain with words. That is my experience of meditation.<br />

Since I meditate regularly my life has truly changed. I am more aware of what is going on around me and more importantly inside of me. I experience some amazing things happening to me. When I meditate I focus my attention to feeling good, happy and healthy and one of my key thoughts I just introduced is<br />

Positive affirmations can work extremely well but only if you can add some emotion to them. Can you do that? I say we all can but we need to be wanting a change in our life. Learning to meditate is the best choice you have made. The point of meditation is to clear your thoughts and bring yourself to a higher level of consciousness. In this state you are more aware of what is happening in your life and this knowledge and understanding brings you a feeling of peace and security.<br />

You need to find a comfortable position. You can sit on the floor, on a chair or you can lie down. While it is said that an energy circle is formed when you sit with your legs crossed and arms loosely crossed, not everyone is physically able to sit in that position due to weight problems for example. The truth is that you can meditate while sitting on a chair with exactly the same benefits as if you twist your legs around your body. <br />

If you are listening to a guided meditation about money, that is telling you to focus on your desires, you feel your desires and feel the feeling of having what you desire then you are raising your vibration to that which you desire. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">You may from time to time get upset and caught up in the feeling of not having enough of money. This then makes you sad and realise everyone else who has it but not you, or everyone else who also hasn't got it just like you. <br />

You have read and heard that you should not focus on the lack but on your desires etc. You might feel though that by not focusing on what <em>is</em>, you are not living in reality and ignore reality. You could also feel that by giving up your thoughts and habits that you have so carefully selected and nurtured for so many years would mean you are giving up your personality! You could fear that you are going to disappear! You are not going to disappear, and your personality will be thriving and attracting people and events that will take you closer to your desires. As for ignoring reality, that is not what it is about, it is simply to say that you need to turn your focus and attention to better feelings thoughts and feelings. By making slight adjustments in your thoughts you began to open the door to wellbeing.<br />
<br />
I have listed a great selection of fear that comes up in people when I talk about changing lives. Instead of <em>fear</em> being the dominating feeling we could turn it around and let <em>desire</em> be your dominating guide. You can do that by thinking thoughts that make you feel good. You can do that by meditating, which puts you in a calm and clear state of mind when you are ready to introduce new, life changing thoughts. Very soon you begin to realise the thoughts that no longer serve you and you start deliberately thinking the thoughts that make you feel good. <br />

By practising this you will get better and better at finding thoughts that make you feel good and equally your life will get better and better. You can get started today and highly recommend my morning and evening meditations. They work fine individually, but if you can do both of them, even better. Some of us don't need fortune tellers to tell us what is going to happen to us! Some of us can just deliberately create our life the way we want it to be! I believe I can create my life the way I want it to be and I am doing that right now. I believe that I am deserving of all good things life has to offer and am not afraid to allow it. If you don't that is not a problem, because as I said, a belief is just a thought that we think over and over again. <br />

So you could start today by thinking and feeling the thoughts you want to create your life with. Think happy thoughts and feel them. You not in the mood? Start slowly. Start loosening your resistant by thinking about something or someone that can make you smile. Think about the joke a person said that made you smile. Think about a baby, a dog or a snake, whatever makes you smile. You do not have to force yourself to be happy but surely you prefer to be happy than stressed, angry or hateful, don't you? You got there because you were thinking angry and hateful thoughts! Now we cleared that out start guiding your thoughts towards better feeling ones and you will start seeing miracles happening to you! </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

When you come out of meditation you could stay in that vibration but you could also go back to focusing on the lack. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Most of you would say no. This is what I can call a lottery-syndrome. So many people buy it and admit they won't win it by saying 'well the chances are extremely small, I calculated it last night'.<br />

You could lose it. People could take it...Oh I could go on with the fears associated with having lots of money but you might know/feel them already. And you know this is fine! Start where you are, acknowledge your feelings and start working on the resistance you created by not believing you can have what you desire. When you are in alignment with what you are asking for you will have no questions in your mind because you will know it is already here waiting for you to let it in! You either want to do something because you fear of not doing it; the consequences of not doing it etc, OR you desire to experience the process of doing it; desire the feeling you would feel when it is done etc. You either want to have money because you desire the feeling of having it as well as the material object and social status OR fear poverty, fear not having money and all the uncomfortable situations you have associated with poverty in your mind.<br />

The minimum you can deposit is £5 but I decided I will deposit £6 which will pay me for 3 games.<br />
<a name='more'></a>The first and second games didn't win, but I thought I will get the third one anyways as I knew I will win something. As I started scratching the first row I noticed I won £5, which I was happy about, but still I am in -£1, then as I kept on scratching I realised the third row won another £15 and then the other side won me another £20!! In total <strong>I won £40</strong> on the £2 game and I was SO happy, I was jumping up and down. I have to mention here that I literally never won before! So I knew it was because Valerie's Money Magnet Meditation has started something in me.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

<strong>It is so important to keep your mind focused on positive thoughts. I regularly meditate which is a great help but am also reading a lot of books to gain more knowledge around spirituality. The more I read the more I understand even though words can't teach us. However I can link those words to my experiences and then there is light and I understand my life. :) </strong><br />
