release this resistance. When you meditate you imagine what you desire and feel the thoughts you are thinking or I could say, you begin to feel like you already have what you want.
This way your vibration raises to that which you desire. When you meditate you can find the vibration of what you want then all you need to do is practice this feeling and teach it to yourself until it becomes the most common vibration within you. You will know when you have found that vibration because when you found it you will not only feel that you have what you desired but you will know it. And nobody can tell you that you are not deserving of what you wish for because you are so strongly convinced that it becomes your reality. My guided money meditation for example introduces thoughts and affirmations that help you release resistance and feel that feeling of having what you desire. Then all you need to do is revisit that feeling as many times as you can.
When you come out of meditation you could stay in that vibration but you could also go back to focusing on the lack. Just let me tell you, it is okay to go back and focus on the lack but is that what you want? Do you feel good when you are worrying about anything? Of course you don't! So think back to how you felt when you were meditating...take a deep breath and slowly calm your thoughts and guide them to better feeling ones. You know, you can easily do it! When you meditate you raise your vibration as well as your consciousness. It won't be long before you being to see a change in your life and it will be good. And more than that. It will feel like freedom because you know you are creating your life!
